This Privacy Policy describes how Robotfacture ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game Reblock (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage data: Game progress, levels completed, and session duration.
- Crash & diagnostic data: Crash reports and performance data to help us fix bugs and improve the App.
- Advertising identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID), used to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance if advertising is enabled.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifying personal information unless you contact us for support.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
- To understand how players interact with the game.
- To diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues.
- To display advertisements and measure their effectiveness.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party SDKs that have their own privacy practices:

4. Data Retention
We retain usage and diagnostic data for up to 24 months. Advertising identifiers are subject to the retention policies of Google AdMob.
5. Data Deletion
To request deletion of any personal data associated with your device, contact us at privacy@robotfacture.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request – Reblock" and include your device's Advertising ID or a description of what data you'd like deleted. We will process your request within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
