Frequently Asked Questions
Ads are not showing or are showing too frequently — what should I do?
Reblock is free to play and supported by ads. If ads are not loading, check your internet connection and ensure the app is up to date. If you experience unusually frequent or disruptive ads, please contact us so we can investigate.
My progress was lost — can I recover it?
Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you reinstall the app or change devices without a backup, progress may be lost. We recommend enabling Google Play Games cloud saves if available in your region. Contact us if you believe data was lost due to a bug.
The game crashes or freezes — what should I do?
- Ensure your device is running Android 8.0 or later.
- Close other background apps to free up memory.
- Restart your device and relaunch Reblock.
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest version from Google Play.
- If the problem persists, contact us and include your device model, Android version, and a description of what happened.
Is Reblock really free? Are there any purchases?
Yes — Reblock is completely free to download and play. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The game is supported by banner and interstitial ads.
How do I delete my data?
