Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using Reblock (the "App"), developed and published by Robotfacture ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Robotfacture grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a compatible Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
- Use cheats, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools to gain an advantage.
4. Advertisements
Reblock is free to download and play and is supported by third-party advertisements. The App does not offer any in-app purchases or subscriptions. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any linked sites.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all content within it — including graphics, sound effects, music, and code — are the intellectual property of Robotfacture and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robotfacture disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Robotfacture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Robotfacture is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
